After over a decade working in leadership, recruitment, and client service, I saw how so many good people were burning out trying to do it all — juggling admin, running their business, and keeping up with everything else. I’ve felt that pressure too.

Kia ora, I’m Te Kapua — Co-Founder of Ascend Assistants and your go-to for all things lead generation and Facebook Ads strategy.
With a background in sales, recruitment, and leadership, I’ve helped over 300 people into meaningful employment and supported many businesses across Aotearoa to grow their reach, build stronger client pipelines, and convert with confidence.
I bring an analytical mind, a love for strategy, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.

I work directly with business owners to take the stress out of the backend. I’ll meet with you, get to know how your business runs, and figure out where we can save you time using smart, simple automations.
From there, I’ll set everything up for you—from enquiry flows and client follow-ups to booking systems and task tracking. It’s all tailored to how you work, so your business runs smoother and you can focus on what you do best.
