Kia ora, I’m Jayde (LLB) — founder of Ascend Assistants and someone who genuinely loves helping people feel less overwhelmed in their business.
After years working in leadership, recruitment, and supporting clients, I kept seeing the same thing… amazing business owners running on empty, trying to do everything themselves. I’ve been there too, the pressure, the mental load, the late nights. It’s not sustainable, and it’s not how we’re meant to work.
My background in law, case management, and people-focused leadership has taught me the importance of clarity, strategy, and real results. I’m here to help you strengthen your pipelines, tighten your systems, and create practical solutions that move your business forward.
Ascend started because I wanted to build a more human way of supporting Kiwi business owners. A way where you can grow without burning out. Where your systems make sense, your workload feels lighter, and you actually get your time back to do life.
